Highlighting protein standards with the chemiluminescent pen
WesternBright ChemiPen allows you to write or draw on transfer membranes, and for example to reveal protein standards.
With this ink, you can annotate your blot or check the quality of your HRP substrates. The reagent in ChemiPen adsorbs onto nitrocellulose and PVDF membranes, and reacts with HRP substrates to produce chemiluminescence which can be detected with X-ray film or a CCD imager.
